Stark Consulting was established in 2019. It was a dream in the making by a passionate educator who simply loves to learn, explore, and teach. While Jennifer Stark’s enthusiasm for education is ever-present with her colleagues and students, she is so excited and ready to finally share it with you. Mrs. Stark has been working in education for 24 years.
Mrs. Stark researches the most up to date educational methods and strategies that are currently being used, not just in Ontario, but all over Canada and the United States, to offer you the most unique, modern, and engaging educational practices. She offers group workshops for staff, private consultations with individual teachers and administrators, parent support lectures, assistance with school improvement plans, long range planning, and unit planning. She will also find the most up to date resources that will help you achieve your educational goals.
Mrs. Stark has a Bachelor of Arts (McGill University), a Bachelor of Education (University of Western Ontario), and a Master of Education (York University) with a focus on teacher identity and curriculum. She is currently pursuing an EdD (University of Western Ontario) as well. She has taught in the primary, junior, and intermediate divisions having worked for the York Region District School Board as an elementary school teacher for 19 years. Mrs. Stark has a special education background and has completed her Principal Qualifications. Mrs. Stark has formal training and experience in restorative practices and has developed and delivered private workshops for teachers and parents in the Jewish community centered around student well-being and academic success and general curriculum. Today she maintains a dual role with Eitz Chaim Schools (Toronto, Ontario) serving as the General Studies Principal for one of the school branches and the Director of Special Education for the whole institution. Mrs. Stark is also a freelance writer who has published articles on jewishwoman.org. Mrs. Stark is the proud mother of 5 children! She resides in the GTA with her husband and children.
